This notice describes the current site and its hosted newsletter signup flow. It must be completed with the publication owner's legal and contact details before public collection begins.

Newsletter signups

Modem & Mint does not provide a newsletter form or collect, transmit, or store email addresses on this site. Newsletter links open the public Beehiiv hosted signup page, where Beehiiv collects the information you choose to submit.

Beehiiv manages signup, any confirmation process, subscription status, and unsubscribe links under its own policies. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email.

Other prototype features

No account system, comments, analytics integration, advertising integration, or newsletter tracking is implemented on this site. Video detail pages use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain. Choosing to play an embedded video may cause YouTube to process information under its own policies; each video route also provides an outbound YouTube link.

Before public launch

Before public launch, the owner must add applicable contact information, provider and retention details, legal basis and jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and an up-to-date way to exercise privacy choices. See the newsletter page for hosted-signup details.
